Personal Leadership Assessment
This is an opportunity to discover the true meaning behind “knowing thyself” and the concept of Self Leadership in order to lead to your fullest potential. This will include a variety of personality and strength assessments as well as in-depth exercises to increase self-knowledge. Any organization is only as strong as its leaders and this program will make sure you are tapping into the best parts of you in order to be an extraordinary leader.
Women's Leadership Counseling
Women leaders are needed for the success of any family or work system. We enjoy advancing women to lead according to potential, giftedness, and passion instead of who they were told to be. We can work one-on-one with women leaders to be effective and confident leaders in the home or workplace. In addition, we can work with your organization or family to help level the playing field for women leaders and create a powerful gender synergy.
Men Championing Women Leaders
For male leaders who want to understand how to live Gender Synergy in their home or workplace and learn the power of advocating for the female leaders around you.
