We specialize in maximizing the combined leadership of couples leading together at home or work, or sometimes both. Early in our peer marriage, we would have coveted some guidance in how to lead and live together while operating in love. This is our desire, to help couples partner and navigate the challenges of having a marriage based on equity and love, while identifying the passion and purpose of each partner and that of the couple. Through our one-of-a-kind LIFERS couples leadership counseling model, combined with our Love-Centered Leadership Model, we build on your strengths, personalities, giftedness and passions to help you be better together. Our hope is that your marriage lasts the test of time as you learn to lead and live in love.

We have been counseling couples for over twenty years and believe men and women are designed to be better together. We build on a couple’s strengths and teach our couples to blend as equals through our custom developed One Kingdom curriculum. No two couples are alike and we are committed to working with each couple according to where they are and where they want to end up as a couple. One Kingdom is a progressive approach to relationship counseling that embraces humanity’s age old obsession with fairytale romance. Husband and wife team, Drs. Jake & Jenn, are career therapists and leadership experts who use their therapeutic knowledge combined with practical leadership expertise to help couples be their best together. Their breadth of experience with the dynamics of romantic relationships offers you an online video series unlike any other. After speaking, teaching, and counseling on the subject for over 25 combined years and to thousands of couples, Drs. Jake and Jenn present One Kingdom—the culmination of their study and philosophy. They build on the 7 similar longings of men and women and provide concrete keys for the couple to meet their longings. Jake and Jenn are teaching couples how to truly unite, and thrive.
