Dr. Jenn developed the “Peer CommUNiTY model” which promotes equity and balance within organizational leadership. Unity is developed as individuals operate according to giftedness rather than operating according to prescribed gender roles or perceived abilities. Through their experience and studies, Drs. Jake & Jenn will provide innovative tools and techniques to create a psychologically safe culture, equitable leadership and inclusive teams. They believe where there is intelligent love, stemming from the head and heart, lives are changed and growth is inevitable.
