Drs. Jake & Jenn

We believe that every thriving relationship, team, and organization begins with one simple truth: love works better than fear.

Our life’s work has been helping couples, leaders, and organizations move beyond power struggles and into shared power, building relationships and spaces where both people and purpose can thrive.

Through our frameworks, Wear Two Crowns and the Love-Centered Institute, we teach how to lead together with clarity, courage, and compassion so you can build shared sovereignty instead of fighting for control.

At the center of our philosophy are three guiding questions:
How do I matter? How do you matter? How do we matter?
When we can answer those questions honestly, we stop competing for significance and start creating significance together.

After decades in private clinical practice, global leadership research across 13 countries, and a shared commitment to living what we teach, we’ve learned that the key to powerful relationships is, above all, connection.

We’re here to help you build your kingdom and then blend it.
Because when two or more people choose to lead with love, everyone wins.

Love-Centered Model

Love-Centered Theory

Love is the center of making everything work best. Fear causes us to conform, love transforms us from the inside out. Love is the most powerful change agent and keeps us passionate and purposeful about what we do and why we do it. When we operate from a love-centered brain and body, we are living and leading from the best part of ourselves. When we live from the best part of ourselves, everyone one and everything benefits. Through our innovative methods and positive psychology approach we help individuals and organizations answer some of life’s most important questions…How do I matter?, How do YOU matter?, and How do WE matter? Through Love-Centered Institute, leaders and teams experience how to be their best selves and be better together so organizations can flourish and prosper.

I Matter

Understanding how to have awareness, boundaries, and compassion for yourself are the ABC's to developing love-centered leadership. Tapping into your love source allows one to lead in love from the inside out, because you can't give what you don't have.

YOU MATTER

Understanding how to communicate that others matter by being present, expressing whole-hearted acceptance, and building trust is the PAT on the back needed to empower leaders to be their best selves. Developing a collaborative love-centered team happens when each member feels like they matter.

WE MATTER

Understanding how to develop a vision-driven community, inspire change, and establish a purposeful strategy creates a VIP community and is the quintessential goal of love-centered leadership. This sets a solid stage and provides clear tracks for on-going exceptional results for years to come.

McKenna Dean-Davis, MSW, LICSW

Since McKenna was young, mental health was always a topic in her home, so becoming a 3rd generation therapist was not surprising to those around her. When she realized prioritizing selfcare, setting boundaries, & naming feelings were not normal dinner table topics, she wanted to change that. McKenna is passionate about destigmatizing mental health and making tools
more accessible.

McKenna completed both her undergraduate and graduate work at George Fox University in the field of Social Work. She has worked in various mental health settings, from ER at a hospital to transitioning to her own private practice. She is passionate about people, but the most passionate about her husband and dog [and coworker] named Cove. For now, you can find her and her husband, Derek, in Spokane, WA enjoying the beautiful outdoors any chance they get!
